Nicole is the owner and Clinical Director of Remedy Healing & Wellness. She has a collaborative, down-to-earth style and works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship concerns, and patterns they’re ready to better understand and change.

Licensed Associate Counselor
Jessica brings more than 13 years of experience supporting youth and families. She works with teens and adults on anxiety, emotional regulation, self-confidence, relationships, and life changes while helping clients recognize and build on the strengths they already have.

Nicole Matheny, LAC
Licensed Associate Counselor
Nicole works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and major life changes. Nicole is EMDR trained and combines a warm, straightforward style with practical tools to help clients understand patterns, work through difficult experiences, and make meaningful changes.

Jen brings more than 14 years of counseling experience to her work with teens, adults, and couples. She works with anxiety, relationship concerns, communication struggles, and life transitions, and has a special interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ teens and adults.

Emily provides telehealth therapy for adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic stress. She incorporates somatic and body-based approaches to help clients better understand the connection between physical responses, emotions, and past experiences.

Licensed Associate Counselor
M.J. works with kids and teens ages 10+, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, relationship concerns, identity issues, and life transitions. She offers therapy in both English and Spanish and brings a relational, culturally responsive approach to her work.
