Initial Assessment: $150
Before diving headfirst into therapy, we’ll start off with something called an initial assessment. Think of it as a get-to-know-you session. Our goal here is to figure out if we’re a good match for each other. I’ll ask you questions and gather all the details to craft a personalized treatment plan just for you. This is also your chance to ask any questions you have about therapy approaches or what you can expect from therapy. I’m here to help and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. Let’s get this journey started!
Individual Therapy: $130
After your initial assessment, you can book regular therapy sessions. They usually run for about 50 minutes, giving us ample time to dive deep into the stuff that’s bringing you to counseling. It’s all about exploring those issues, figuring out what’s going on, and working together to find some awesome solutions.

Out of Network Provider:
At Remedy Healing & Wellness, I understand that navigating the world of insurance can sometimes be a bit tricky. If I am unable to accept your insurance, I will gladly provide you with a super bill, which is basically a fancy term for a detailed invoice for out-of-network billing.
Payment for services are collected at the beginning of your session. All major debit & credit cards, HSA, and flexible spending accounts are accepted.
